What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, company, website and message, so that we can reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps you ask for before a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it.

Who processes it for us

Our website host (Vercel) and our database provider (Neon) process this data on our behalf.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@voltragroup.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
